Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team for the development of Miz@n B2C & B2B Release 2.0. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience and visual aesthetics of our platform, ensuring that it meets and exceeds user expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring innovative design solutions to life.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various platform features, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.

  • Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in designing web-based and mobile applications.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished UI designs.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

  • Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing and persona development.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
